Head Mod & Organization ModMyosotis is more than happy and excited to be back as a mod for the third round of the AsaNoya exchange and keep collecting the stamps the adorable Asahi and the lively Noya left behind them when travelling the world. And to give back all the love, kindness and guidance she had received during her experiences in the different Haikyuu events.

Vice Head Mod & Communications ModAs a returning mod, Elle is excited to run this exchange for two of her favorite characters once again. AsaNoya has been one of their first few OG ships, so they’re excited to show them some love! If they could pick one place to travel to, their first pick would be Italy!

Communications ModSarah is really excited to help make this event happen, and spreading the AsaNoya agenda with the love she has for them. Sarah wants to support your hard work and help people navigate through the event. She's also excited to learn new things while modding this. She'd love to visit a lot of places, but her dream is to go to Japan.

Event Rules
1. By entering this event, you agree to create at least one piece of full-color art or one 2k+ work of fanfiction, featuring AsaNoya, based on the prompts and preferences of your assignment. The use of AI at any point of creation is prohibited and grounds for getting banned in future events.2. By entering this event, you agree to be a friendly and supportive participant. As this is a community event, we encourage everyone to look through all the works and not just the one(s) gifted to you, and to engage as much as possible with other creations. You also agree to leave a comment on the gift you receive before creators are revealed.3. By entering this event, you agree to provide 3 appropriate prompts for the type of request you make - for example, when requesting art, you will provide art-related prompts. This will make it easier for your giftee to provide you with the best gift they can, and for you to enjoy your gift to the fullest.4. This event is open to all ages 16 and up. Any and all NSFW works will be tagged appropriately and should only be created/consumed by those 18 or over.5. Respect your giftee's prompts and preferences. The matching will guarantee you are provided with prompts befitting your offers. If you have any questions, contact any of the mods and we can facilitate anonymous communication between the gifter and giftee to clear any doubts or questions regarding the gift.6. Though this is a AsaNoya event, ship-bashing will not be tolerated. Kindness is free, and we want to facilitate an event that is enjoyable for all those who wish to participate, regardless of ship preferences. If you’re unsure whether including a secondary ship in your work is allowed or in line with the giftee’s preferences, refer to the point above.7. This event will contain a wide variety of works, which may contain manga spoilers. If you’d like to avoid those, beware the tags, and include that information in your sign-up form so all the mods, as well as your giftee, are aware of it.8. This is an anonymous gift exchange, and the creators of each gift will be officially revealed after all works have been shared. During the creation period and until the official reveal, creators will not be permitted to share WIPs or other details — publicly or with fellow exchange participants. Keep it a secret!

How do I sign up on AO3?Feel free to refer to our handy AO3 Sign-Up Guide !!Can I request both fanfic and fanart?Yes, you can! In your Ao3 signup, choose the tag that fits best: Art or Writing. If you have a preference for one or the other, select only that tag. If you’d like to receive either, select both!Note: If you request both options, please make sure you have prompts that would suit both mediums. The best way to do this is to have three writing prompts and three art prompts!Can I make more than one offer?For this exchange, we are limiting signups to one request and one offer. If you are willing to offer both art and writing, select both tags in your offer!Can I make more than one gift?Yes! After matchups are finalized and assignments are released, we will reveal everyone’s requests. During the creation period, you can make as many gifts as you’d like and offer the additional gifts as treats. Make sure you prioritize the gift for your assigned giftee, though!Are explicit fics/art allowed?Explicit gifts are allowed only if you are 18+. If you are 18+ and would like to offer or receive an explicit gift, you must choose the correct rating tags (E and M) as well as the “I am 18+” tag.If you are under 18, you cannot choose E or M rating tags in either your offer or your request. You must also use the “I am 18-” tag.If you are 18+ and you don’t want to receive or offer explicit works, please still select the “I am 18+” tag and do not select the E or M rating tags in your offer or request.
